Design-wise, her garments marry Western ease and simplicity with artisanal ingenuity: Each piece can be twisted or tied in a multitude of different ways. Bousso was inspired by the convertible, size-less caftans her mother and grandmothers have worn and passed down, but saw a business advantage, too: More fluid sizing means you can produce less and waste less.
